There are creatures unaffiliated with History B  - mutations, things born of alternate physics, failed rituals, experiments, sports, freaks. They are collectively known as Aberrants.

Aberrants are thankfully few in number but extremely powerful individually; were they to organize, SANDMAN would be overwhelmed.
